bandhavgarh safari

There is more to Bandhavgarh than its enchanting natural beauty. There is a sense of antiquity, attributed to it by history and legend, that sets it apart from any other wildlife parks. According to the most famous of its legends. Rama, the hero of the epic Ramayana, stopped at Bandhavgarh as he returned home victorious from Lanka.
Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve is a internationally renowned National Park of Central India. It is located in ‘Vindhyachal’ ranges in Umaria district of Madhya Pradesh, India. Earlier in 1972, when Project Tiger program was initiated in India by government to protect Royal Bengal Tigers, nine tiger reserves were established in different states of India. Among those nine tiger reserves, Bandhavgarh National Park was one of them.
